The Lower Green Community CIO (LGCC) takes your privacy seriously and deals with personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).
Why we need your data
When you sign up to our mailing list we need to know your name and email address in order to communicate with you about the activities and news of the LGCC.
What we do with your data
The personal details you provide are held securely by the LGCC according to our Data Protection Policy (available on request). The information you provide is held solely for use by the LGCC and the LGCC does not sell the information or make it available to other organisations.
What are your rights?
You can request to see the personal information we hold for you and have the right to change any details or to be removed from our mailing list and to have your details deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated. The LGCC is registered with the Information Commissioners’ Office (ICO). If you are not happy about our response to your complaint you can ask the ICO to consider it.
